Tooch thats awful,i hope the gits are caught. xx

The optician rang earlier to say DS2's glasses are wrong so it explains the sore heads. One pair now being sent for proper lens and other pair in the bin (Bo got them). DD's are ready so need lifted tomorrow. :D

Phoned about getting the curtains lined (not sure i would be up for the job) so there going tomorrow evening. Won't cost too much as the woman is DD's domestic at school and always does my sewing. :rotfl:

Me and hubby been out cutting sticks until the chainsaw gave up, so it needs fixed tomorrow and then keep at it.

Still feeding the WM and DW just about to go on. Might just go and sort out Christmas book while kids are all asleep.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    Shakespeare costume finished
First 2 batches of gingerbread men cooked

Off to watch Ugly Bettynow, was going to knit with it but my hand is sore from gardening and sewing so won't push it.

    See you all tomorrow.

  • ok bed made, spare duvet decluttered to teh spare bed along with all the spare pillows. made the now expensive mistake of buying cheap hollow fiber pillows so now have 3 on the sofa with me for stuffing down my back for support, 4 on the spare bed all made ready for guests and 4 doing nothing.

i did declutter the reindeer rug (dont ask) into the bedroom and as much as i dislike having rudolf in the house it is rather nice and pretty.

bathroom has had a quick once over, liking the lots of quick once overs with flash spray with bleach as its getting rid of the mould on the grouting.

now sat down to watch the rest of ncis with a box of junk to sort through :D will post my mega list for tomorrow later on this evening.

Sorry to hear your news, toochoosey. I hope you can sort something out and the thieving gits get what they deserve.
Good to see you back, LW and JoJo.

This challenge is as tough as I'd dreaded. I was home between 5 and 5.30pm (had taken DS2 to the salon where DH works for a haircut). Since then I've made tea, eaten, played top trumps with DS2, gave DH and friend a lift and put DS2 to bed. I sat down just after 9pm and wondered where the evening had gone!
AF doesn't normally bother me once she's arrived, but I've got a headache tonight (normally get it just before), and she's been here since Saturday. The wii fit will definitely have to wait, so that leaves DW/WM/TD, school work and a bit of decluttering in the front room. And I'd hoped for an early night!
I think I'll try a powernap, then find some music on youtube and start clearing the third seat of the sofa, which we can't use at the moment as it's full of carp. :(

Tomorrow I'll get in around 5.40 - will see what I can get done.

YAY :D one junk box sorted out - half a ton of rubbish binned, pens that dont work and other bits of rubbish. found my abbey bank card - needs to be shredded. found some foreign money of no use but oh might go back that way someday and my spare mobile phone. a few bits need to go back upstairs but will put it straight away into the stationary box and put my handbags away into my casual handbag bag. i do realise how backwards that sounds but i love my handbags so need somewhere to store them all.

My new birthday book, has just been used and put all birthdays etc in it!!

OH gone t owork, a week on nights, so that leaves me creeping round the house all this week being quite during the day time when I am at home.

Cat is currently outside 'playing' with a mouse!, and trying to bring it in the house..........so far with his 3 legs, he cannot get his balance right to get in via the cat flap with it in his mouth...

Lamp shades washed and now drying.

Plus I have done the oven racks are well.

I do love this site, just found a £5 off voucher from WH smith and I want to buy some books.

Toots - I have a sneaky feeling you did a bit of editing there- cos I'm sure that's not what I said - it certainly isn't what I meant:rotfl: I meant I am factoring in some leisure/enjoying life time;)

Toochoosy..so sorry about OH's tools, thats truly, truly awful.

Can you double check your insurances, just to make sure...I can't believe you're not covered for something, doesn't sound right at all.

I've made curry one, a korma from the gallons of curry base sauce I've got, went down very well.

Cleared another section of worktop and wiped down.

Penpen, morale seems to be flat everywhere at the mo, lots of people very worried about jobs. Hope your week gets better.
