i have the paypal receipts and the ebay auction page is still there stating that its in perfect working order and what not, will this be enough?0

its a 2009 13inch macbook pro, new i think they are around 1100? iv looked in my policy document and it states new for old, and accidental damage as standard, though there is an option to add on more accidental damage, this is standard:
Covers accidental damage to television, satellite, video, audio and computer equipment, and breakage of mirrors, ceramic hobs or any glass in furniture such as glass tables or cabinets. Some specific causes of damage may be excluded.
Accidental damage to televisions, satellite or digital receivers (including aerials and satellite dishes fixed to your home), audio and video entertainment equipment, computer equipment and games consoles while in your home.
Audio and video entertainment equipment and computer equipment does not include items designed for handheld or portable use (other than portable televisions and laptop computers), musical instruments, mobile phones, records, tapes, discs, memory cards and sticks, CDs, DVDs, computer and video games.0 -
funny you should ask! as i have an ipad, and before i took out the policy i specifically asked if it would be covered due to its ambiguous categorisation and high value (got the 64gb), i was assured it would be but who knows, i might ask for it in writing. My boyfriend has it now, which is why i got the mbp so i have something for uni. Hes got an iphone 4 on the way too, think we keep apple in business lol0
-
so they will replace with the exact same one (or todays equivalent mbp) and not just one for 650?0
-
it was the iphone that turned me onto apple, now i could never use windows again i would go insane. Got an imac so not without a computer thank god! iv had the policy since i moved in around mid june, hope it goes through ok or iv got a very sticky door stopper lol0
-
will do thanks for help!0
-
they may give a payout equal to what was paid, they are likely to ask for a recipt.0
-
would the paypal receipt suffice? i hope they just give me a replacement, even if its a used one aslong as its equal to the one i got, like i said was a great deal unlikely to find one again0
