decent screwdrivers?

I have also bought a set of Wera screwdrivers after using some at work. They are tough and the laser etched tip does seem to grip the screw head better. I have mostly cheaper screwdrivers as I like to have duplicates, I hate not being able to find the one I need. The Wera ones are not cheap at £20 for a set of 6, but worth it as they fit the screw head better and have not worn like the cheaper ones.

It is important to have both philips and pozidrive screwdrivers and use the correct one for the screw head as the wrong type will slip.
The Wera bits are good too :

You could get the biggest, cheapest set going. Then, as you break screwdrivers, you find out which ones get the most use and replace the broken ones with a decent quality one.
Advantages - minimum cost, you are likely to have the right screwdriver for the job
Disadvantage - they will break, maybe in the middle of a job.0 -

Any branded ones will last nowadays, and any of the branded ones will bend snap or wear if you don't use them properly
A £5 set from wilkos will last just as long as a £50 set from the snap-on rep
The important thing is to use the most appropriate screwdriver for the job
but at least the snap on have a lifetime guarantee,as do halfords proIMOJACAR
