I can't see them turning you away because of the vouchers when it is already booked and paid for. I would ring the hotel direct and explain what has happened.

I'd read the TERMS & CONDITIONS

Paying particular attention to NUMBER 3

    http://live.dipromo.daysinn.linedigital.net/terms

3.One token, published in either the Daily Mirror or Sunday Mirror, is required per room per night booked. Photocopies not accepted. The correct number of tokens must be presented on arrival at the hotel, i.e.. 1 token for 1 night, 2 tokens for 2 nights etc.; failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled without refund.

If you don't need the tokens why would they exist !

Can anyone help?! My silly cat has just decided to use my pile of vouchers from the Daily Mirror as a litter tray and they are absolutely ruined. I have booked for 1 night Dec in Stansted and was hoping that someone may have a spare knocking about that they would be willing to send me. Obviously I will post a SAE...

Thanks in advance to anyone who feels they can help!

If not I am just going to have to try a good ol' blag; despite clause 3 in T&Cs!
  • I have 1 spare token if anyone needs it, please pm me and I will get back to u

Had 2 newspapers and wife used them for pets bedding. I had already booked for 1 night on route to Scotland, if anyone has 1 more spare voucher I would be extremely grateful.

Tried to obtain a newspaper backcopy from the Daily Mirror but I was told by them to contact Days Inn Hotel Customer Services as they would be "able to help me out". No, I was told by Days Inn that unless I had the voucher I would be charged a normal rate on arrival!! Looks like I've had it.
