Another case of mis price. The company refused to honour the camera but in the end decided they would . I think Amazon must have learnt from this.

I got the same email as posted above after ringing a second time except with the promise of the £20 voucher. Not sure where it is tho. She explained that the people who got their orders honoured were just lucky. Lovely.

Express delivery it is next time.

I got my three today - one for my daughter and two for mates at work, which makes for three happy people.
I have to admit though that if I'd only received three £20 vouchers, or even only one, I would have been just as happy. Amazon had no legal requirement to offer any compensation and I'm sorry if some people appear not to be getting the £20 but there's no point crying over spilt milk - time to move on and find another bargain.

Alright some people ordered them for ebay but most of us ordered them for presents etc? All in all its been a fun few days.

I have just been back in touch with my bank. The money is on hold as it has been requested by Amazon but they havent taken it. I asked if it was available to spend and was told that it wasn't until they gave my bank the clearance that it wasn't going to be taken. I didn't know this. I also asked how long it could be on hold for and was told it could be reserved for up to a month.

Was advised to get back in touch with Amazon and to get them to request a release on that money. :eek:
