For some reason they didn't get my order, but took payment.
After a week of emailing them, they sent out my order, next day delivery. I had to change one of them though, as it was no longer in stock.

I ordered the disney stacking cups and beauty and beast dvd (preorder). My invoice stated credit card refund for the dvd. I checked my paypal and no refund as of yet. I'm a bit confused as the dvd was preorder so wouldn't be oos. Do you think I will still get it?0

DHL suck !!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad: my order was dispatched on the 14th of october! rang disney last week who are very helpful i must say, dhl claim to have left a card 2 weeks ago (maybe at somebody elses house!) was dispatched again from local depot yesterday they have my phone number still didn't arrive,so i called again the girl said they would send me my order again & they would send me some vouchers & DHL would launch an investigation! I may now end up with 2 personalised mickeys! A great company with an awful delivery company,would put me off ordering in the future sorry disney!:mad::j:j:jMoney Spending Expert! :j:j:j0

Sometimes good things come out of these situations though .... like the vouchers for example.

aww its such a shame some of you are having a bad time with your orders, I 've done 4 orders in 3 wks (ok I have a problem lol).. my orders come really fast and we are in the Highlands (usually takes ages)..customer service for Disney Store is brilliant I can't complain about that but yeah DHL omg they are dodgy..EVERY item I recieved from them was broken.. my disney store items are delived by another company thank goodness!You may walk and you may run
