One of my orders (the one with the personalised baby's 1st christmas decoration in) I ordered on the 9th and i haven't received that yet either.

i got the babys 1st tree dec today (didnt personalise it in end wouldnt let me) it's lovely but i would never have paid £5 for it. Thanks OP for sharing the details about codes

I just bought sale items & got the free delivery code & 10% code (both prima competition ones) to work with the £5 voucher id been sent. It wouldnt let me use the other 10% code Walt Disney Travel Company one thats been mentioned.

Just got a partial refund of 9p from them to my paypal - this is the amount my quidco cashback tracked at so I'm wondering is this them sending me my cashback directly? Don't know why else they would refund 9p! Anyone else had this?

I am and I ordered on the 8th it does have the personalised xmas dec in though.
