Has anyone who ordered a personalised Christmas decoration had a delivery yet?
I ordered last Saturday and still nothing, i just rang and have been told they are taking up to 10 working days at the moment. It doesn't mention that anywhere on the website. Says 5 working days for delivery.

Thing is i placed a second order on Sunday for a personalised Thumper toy and that turned up on Thursday.

It does actually say on their website that all personalised items will take up to 10 working days. hth

free del code worked with dumbo trinket box but not with reduced baby clothing
when i added 10% code i lost the free del code and had to start again on anohter computer but finally got free del to work.

I ordered a personalised item on the 7th and its been delivered today so exactly 10 days for delivery for me.

Received my baby shoes and 101 Dalmatans puzzle today, but the set of 3 Toy Story 3 balls for £2 had been cancelle from my order.
