Slippers from Disney store for £1 delivered

I just had one order delivered (it was the second one I placed on the same day), rang up about the first one as not had a dispatch confirmation and she checked the order no. and said it was signed for yesterday at 8.30, she's ringing me back, am annoyed as I thought it was delayed due to a Personalisation on a backpack.

Probably won't get this parcel now!

Just realised my 9p refund was obviously for a gift box as it was missing from my order, funny seeing as how the gift boxes aren't out of stock and still on the website. Don't understand why that's the only item they didn't honour!

I placed the order on the 9th using the codes, and still havent received it yet. I ordered some others bits about a week later though and they were delivered yesterday! Im giving it until the end of the week and then going to contact them.

My order finally arrived yesterday. I was happy with the slippers, but not with DHL, the delivery service.

DHL tried to deliver it last Wednesday, I was out and rearranged delivery the next day. No one showed up, both my OH and I were at home.

I rung up to arrange delivery and they said that the had attempted to deliver it on Thursday. I said no one rang the bell nor did they ring me. They said the driver took a photo of the communal gate etc.

They sent me a photo of the gate. All it was a tiny photo of was a panel of numbers, my panel actually says the name of the building.

It could have been of any 'gate' anywhere!

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately at the time of ordering these item had gone out of stock. We have now processed the refund for these items and I am sorry to say we will not be able to send these items out.

I basically read that as 'You're not getting your 9p gift boxes you greedy so-and-so' :rotfl: Ah well, can't complain seeing as they honoured this glitch at all which was good of them! :beer:

I received my personalised decoration too and its price on it is £9!!! What a bargain, checked the site and yip its now showing as £9 so think it was a price glitch as i though it was ony £5 and with all codes i used got it for £2.73:j

my personalised decoration came today i noticed the £9 price tag, was a great saving, also got my niece the tinkerbell snowglobe.

My second order showed up today as well. Agree on the comments about DHL they are not on my list of top courier services! But definately impressed with my order!! In total over 2 orders I spent about £40 ish and part of my order (mickey mouse clubhouse ride on toy) was originally £35 on it's own!

My orders turned up togther today, they tried to deliver the first one the other day but i wasnt in. I ordered the first christmas decoration personalised and its gorgeous, even my partner smiled at it The tinkerbell globe is fab too aslong with everything else i got :j Thanks OP for prompting me to check my email for the code :beer:

Am i the only person still waiting since the 8th? and phoned them up meant to be here end of this week, hmm its sat now well ill phone them again on monday.
