If you can go shopping with a friend as you suggested, then maybe you can get on a bus to the shops with the same friend.0

Yes i can go to a shop with a friend. As long as i have to speak to no one or interact with anyone. Different things i can deal with, other things i can not. I can not go "shopping" for 3 hours no as i get panicked.0

Please explain how you would pay for it with your own money ? You mentioned you get ESA that is a benefit is this the money that will buy you a car ?:heartpuls Baby Due 11th August 2012 :heartpuls0 -

Well, you're not likely to be on a local bus journey of more than three hours are you! Most folk would be panicked at the thought of spending three hours shopping. Looks like you've pulled this random three hours thing out of your hat. Stands to reason that someone with agoraphobia would start small with maybe 20 mins max in a shop, but hey ho, let's just go for the dramatics. Maybe you should sit back and rethink the realities of your situation. No-one suggested that you would be expected to venture out of your home for three hours at first, if that is difficult for you, but likewise, the folk on this forum are not stupid enough to have the wool pulled over their eyes.0

What are you on about? i can not go on a bus at all? i've clearly said this. As i also said before please will people look up agoraphobia...it's when you can not go out alone. i can not go ANYWHERE alone. not in my garden the back garden, front garden the drive NO WHERE alone. If i am with someone then YES i can go CERTAIN places.
Please please will people look up the meaning of agoraphobia.0 -
