Aw thanks you lovely lot :j You really are great, do you know that?? :T :T And apologies for the big old moan, I'm really not usually like this, but I've had my stuffing knocked out of me a little lately and it's made me feel really vulnerable and like I'm not good enough - in many areas of life :o But I'll be back to being right as rain soon enough, and like you say, you'll still be there when I can throw myself into things wholeheartedly! xxxx

I know this is not the normal you from reading your blog which is absolutely wonderful and I am not a big blog person normally except MG's of course :rotfl:but yours has everything :A

One off the wall question I love your photos what sort of camera do you use I need a new camera as mine that I spent a bomb on in the USA when digital cameras first came in ( no wonder I have loads of debt a sucker for new gadgets :o) is no longer up to the job and won't take new compact flash cards they are too fast :( I need a point and click (which I am sure yours isn't) as I am no expert but I want one that feels like a real camera not a micro camera I think by that one of my needs is one with a viewfinder to look through and not just a screen and a decent weight to it so if you or anyone else has any advice on the subject I would appreciate it - thank you that is my ask of the matrix today :D

Thanks DT :j :o As for my camera - it's nothing special at all! Canon Ixus 40 (I think) and I absolutely love it. Bought it off Ebay for £40 last summer after breaking the previous (identical) one I'd had for a few years :rotfl: It does take pretty good photos - but the ones you'll have seen are the result of taking absolutely LOADS usually and deleting plenty of shaky and blurry ones! :D It's got a little viewfinder thing - I'd call it point and click as that's all I ever do :D (but is that a technical term meaning something else??) I love the fact it fits in my pocket, doesn't need a complicated bag, and I carry it with me ALL the time which I wouldn't do if it was any bigger :) Might not be suitable for what you want from what you say, but I love it!

Clairewop on seasonal don't forget the school proms . It's an enormous market now. Maybe special orders to match prom dresses. Bridal is another biggie market, not just the bride but coordinated accessories for bridesmaids.

Forgot another market to tie into could be birthstones/signs of the zodiac. Lots of people are into that. So have a range according to birthday dates.
  • Wow - things move fast around here! Meant to post earlier, then got distracted by Claire's earrings (!).

CheeryDaff - agree with all the others. Saw a quote this morning which made me smile "I'm not perfect but parts of me are excellent"...so focus on the things you need to do for you and be a bit selfish for now.

I on the other hand have just been a bit rubbish - off to chastise self....
