Well it seems the Universe has decided...either that or it was Claires lucky earrings that I wore. Now for the happy face :)

Well done you. Fantastic, am so pleased for you.
Its this thread and the positivity am totally convinced now.
I mentioned a couple of posts back that I didnt know because of cut off dates etc., whether or not I would be getting paid till 1st of Dec instead of 1st of Nov.
Well I asked the universe and lo and behold, the paperwork arrived this morning. I needed an online Key to complete the health and safety course to activate inclusion to the payroll. All done.
So will be paid in Nov now, so very grateful for that as it would have a struggle otherwise.
Wishing good things for everybody :T:T:T:T:T:T:j:j:j:j

I just caught up with one of the challenges, about [FONT=&quot]If you could ask 100 people to do something for 15 minutes to catapult you forward – what would that thing be? No wonder I didn't have a clue what MG was on about half the time :o:o:o

My first thought was, I have no idea what I'd ask (sorry the fonts are all over the place, its cutting and pasting wot does it :rotfl:). Eventually, I came up with something in relation to the idea I've got for a green website, which is slowly taking shape for me.....so the question(s) I'd like to put to the Matrix is this/are these - I'm confusing myself, oops:

"when you go shopping for a green product - especially insulation of whatever sort (roof, wall, window, slab, roll, recycled, whatever), but any green product really - what are you looking for? What do you think about the green premium? Would you pay extra, or do you think its a con? Have you looked for a product that simply isn't sold in this country? Do you think there's enough information out there about the relative merits of the products, or does it all sound like a whitewash, or too complicated?".

So thats my ask of the universe, aka The Matrix - to tell me your thoughts about green purchasing. Not to answer every question :rotfl:but to answer any that mean something to you would be fabulous.

    Thank you!

just got this quote from another group i belong to, thought it was quite appropriate for on here.

Every single person has capabilities, abilities and gifts. Living a good life depends on whether those capabilities can be used, abilities expressed and gifts given. If they are, the person will be valued, feel powerful and well-connected to the people around them. And the community around the person will be more powerful because of the contribution the person is making.

  • Oh well done Scottish Lass that is ace news and so quick too:j:j:j:j:j

Claire will have to put on her website about the lucky earrings :rotfl:

Fantasia so pleased you wages are sorted as well:beer:

KC re buying green I struggle to work out what's what and whether the claims made are genuine there seems to be so much conflicting information out there - what I would like to know is how green it is in simple terms so that i can guage what difference my buying it is going to make and also genuinely how it compares performance wise with the non green product so that I can then make an educated choice based on my priorities for that product which will differ from product to product HTH
