Winky you can come and clean my light bulbs lol they need doing hope you get your water birth wish no I'm not broody,

ok elephant is being digested very slowly , need to get it eaten faster, but I think I've done too much this week and am back to being in agony

Have you played around with the settings? I think the default goal is set to a 1.5lb a week loss. You can change it to something else (eg 0.5lb a week loss) which may allow you a higher number but obviously a slower loss. I'm around 1400 cals now I think, but am struggling too as I seem to go over by ~100cals on days I'm not skating. I think I'm just going to set mine to 1500 cals and accept that the weight loss will slow a bit over time. I'd rather it take me longer to loose the next 5 stones than fall off the wagon altogether!

Winky - yet more positive vibes! I *do* know what you mean about cleaning light bulbs - I moved house a few months ago, and brushed by loads as I took down the lampshades, and they were all *filthy*!

I take my lightbulbs for granted as well. Maybe I will give them some attention this weekend. At least a little wipe with the duster anyway!

To be honest, I didn't even know they could get dirty!
