I know I have been here for only a short time but I was wondering if anyone here has any experience of family courts? My ex is taking me to court re visiting rights and I would be grateful for any info. Thank you.
Try the "The MoneySaving in Marriages, Relationships & Families Board" , I think people there post similar questions.0 -

I have just received this from the very kind gentleman who emailed the other day:
"I have today given three bags of Football Kit. This comprises 2 to 3 full football kits and some shirts and shorts which I sincerely hope will be of some use to the orphans at the Katha Day Care Centre. It would be great to see some pictures of the children using the kit and seeing some happy faces. I have attached a compliment slip from my Football Club with my details and also the website address of the football club. Would love to add some photos to our website and attach a link to the day care centre to our site. Sincerely hope this is possible" .
As its his request I have copied and pasted in full, all I have to do now is find a way of collecting them, my friend says there is a car boot full

It would be nice if at least for larger kit donations there would be some element of traceability, I know it's a lot to ask, but there are so many 'scam' schemes about, that to have at least some kit traceable from collection to receipt point would be good. Especially for some of the whole team kit donations.0 -
I too needed to hear that tonight cherisong - just taken a feather
duster to my dream board to make it sparkle with energy.
The corporate Keynote that I rushed to produce the info for responded to the Angel :Awho referred me this afternoon:"
Thanks for the thought xxx. At the moment I think we are suffering from too many options and I probably need to start editing the programme down so I won't be pursuing Elaine just now."
My first thought was "pants!!!!!":mad:that could have meant we could have got rid of the bank before Christmas, which would mean no threat of respossession, which would have meant no worried DS1, which would have meant pressure off, which would have meant........................................
AAAAARRRRGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
................ and then I read the email again. It says "just now" - it doesn't say "who does she think she is? - go away and never darken our door again!!!!"
The door is still open - they just don't need me right now. Thats a pretty good result for my first week at work.
I think I was just feeling rubbish having been shopping for clothes:cool:
So pressure still on - still filling places on courses - still moving step by step towards getting 44 people in the room in Leeds so that the bank can be paid off before Christmas anyway.
Especially as they very kindly sent me a letter saying what they had said to the solicitor, that the first time I can't make the payment on the Personal Guarantee they are going to go and repossess the house. I kind of thought they would write - but its still a kick in the teeth when you see it in black and white GGRRRRR!!!!
Its making me a bit jittery about having taken the jump into self-employment a bit though.
Keep hanging onto the idea of paying the personal guarantee off in cash by the end of November MG - there is no way they are having my kids home for the sake of £3.5K - no bleeding way.
................. No Surrender!!!! Do You hear

musicabc - those boots are gorgeous - off to dream now
And that seems to be about it for me for today - been working hard - need food now
Ah but if you think about it - these are weekend courses, very informal with a wide age range.
I've got to look modern enough to play with the kids , smart enough to talk to the grown-ups and comfortable enough to run around like a loopy loon for 7 hours non-stop.
A cute suit, sheers and peerie heels - might get me the job at MD level - but in front of teenagers ??? They're just gonna think - suit - ancient!!!!!!
As my friends boy remarked - "you gotta be the !!!!!!" - and I admit I did have to come home and google the expression :eek::eek:.

MG - since Leeds is first on the list - would you like me to research contacts for that before I get stuck into Glasgow?
GQ xoxIf you have a talent, use it in every which way possible. Don't hoard it. Don't dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke.
