Best price on HTC Wildfire

I'm looking to buy an HTC Wildfire to use on my exisiting O2 contract. Has anyone seen any good deals on the HTC Wildfire SIM free or PAYG? The best I can find is £179.97 on Tesco Direct, but it's the white model and i'd prefer black.

Has anyone seen anything better?

The Orange San Francisco for £110(can normally get a £20 discount though), better screen, look at these threads..

Thanks David, i'd seen that and i narrowly missed out on the 10% off offer which has now expired.

I have taken a look at the San Francisco, but i prefer the HTC Wildfire.

Thanks! That's odd though - why is it on pre-order stating it's released 11 October 2010? The HTC Wildfire is already available. Is it a new model or something? Cos it looks the same to me....

I've no idea, maybe that is when Play are getting their shipment from Vodafone ?

I have ordered one anyway, can always cancel if I find one cheaper in the mean time!

I may well do that myself - then i'm just stuck with the unlocking issue which will hopefully be straightforward.

It's a shame that the silver model isn't available on PAYG or SIM free yet - I really like the look of that.

I'll need mine unlocking too, may try the local phone shop first :-)
