And as it becomes increasingly less attractive to stay put (benefit cuts, public sector workers needing to relocate to find new work plus all the usual stuff, divorce,upsizing,downsizing, job moves) those dwindling numbers who are still refusing to face up to reality will see themselves left behind as everyone else takes advantage of lower house prices and get on with the rest of their lives.0 -
