    Yes, agreed if you actually owed money or had received a fine then I can understand you would normally want to pay.

    But you owe nothing - this is not a debt or a fine. It's a scam, just read the board and see the letters you will receive and have to ignore, the Watchdog youtube link with the legal expert making a bogus PCN into a paper aeroplane, the many, many threads with people just like you:

    HTH, now please don't brick it, this is NOTHING! Would you worry about receiving a series of phishing emails, would you brick it when each one arrived? No, you would delete them as you know it's all a scam. Do some reading on that link and you'll know what we know.
