Hi chevalier, Thank you very much for reading my diary. I haven't read it from the beginning so have no idea how long it must have taken.
I hope you are feeling better now and it didn't bore you too much. I dare not read it in case I come across as moaning too much.

Thank you I have had a look atTurbolister and am going to give it a try this week, maybe starting listings next Sunday. At the moment my listings end on lots of different days.

I had a great day out at the beach yesterday, the best bit for me was finding bargain shops and buying a few very cheap Christmas pressies to hide away.

It didn't take very long. I read fast. Turbolister definitely worked for me when I was in the UK, because I could set up a few listings whenever I had time and then set them all going once a week. It always used to be set them going on Thursdays for 10 days so that you got two weekends for people to look at your stuff. Don't know whether that option is free still now though.

No you didn't come across as moaning, venting yes. But I think you were justified, and better to let it out somewhere than bottle it up

I have Turbolister downloaded and ready to go. :D

Today I sat out in the garden with a basket of till receipts and put some of them into a spreadsheet. One thing I noticed when checking the till receipts was a card number I didn't recognise. I asked Mr P what were the last four numbers of his debit cards, and discovered he has been making business payments using our personal bank account. Tomorrow I plan to add up what we have paid out since April last year. And if our accountant agrees it is not against tax rules will pay some of it back whilst there is some spare cash in the business account:D

Mr P did say he was asked to use personal money when we had nothing to spare in business account. It was over a year ago

Today I am chasing things from before we went away to US.

I wanted a price for a heat meter so I can start to claim RHI on my GSHP in my cottage.

Appointment at 5pecsavers for Friday, 4 months late!

I have asked for some rockery plants on freegle as Mr P has managed to reclaim the rockery from the buttercups but we seem to have just one rockery plant.

The lady who wanted stone from our garden has not been seen for months so I need to chase her to collect as it is looking like a dump ATM.

Business payments on personal account has amounted to nearly £200 so far. Still don't know of it is okay to just take it back or not.

I am checking out new phone and broadband deals and new SKY contract as savings need to be made. And DS2 needs breakdown cover as we have none for his car. He finished putting it all back together and it works like a dream. We are very, very proud of him.

Now we just need his Housing benefit paymnent and him to sign on to JSA or ESA depending on what the doctor says. Got to get him to doctor too. We really can't afford to keep him and pay his rent. No, it wasn't sorted and still hasn't been paid.

beanie I tried talking to DS2 about his benefits last night and he became quite upset so I have left it today. DD says she will mention it to him later in the week. She is going to speak to his landlord as guarantor and because I have just paid for another month.

Fridge is empty but we have food in the freezer. Mr P is doing without so DS2 can go out tonight. DS2 does appreciate the help but finds it very difficult to deal with the unknown and with people he doesn't know. This is very much out of character so we are still quite concerned about him. He is with DB and a couple of friends tonight. He took some persuasion to go out.

Mr P has put some pictures on the walls today so the place looks a bit fresher. They were DA's. No one else wanted them so we have enjoyed choosing places to hang them today.

I made my first sale on ebay, for a while. A cast iron radiator went for £30 which I am going to keep in my paypal account for things we need online. And only for 'needs'. There are a few watchers on my other items so I am hopeful I will sell something more. The rest of my listings are being saved in turbolister for listing tomorrow night.

    A positive today.:D
I have lost another 2lbs so that is 7lbs since I returned from my holiday.

I have joined SW online and I got my 7lbs award today. My first award ever as I usually give up before I get to this stage.

    Still no HB.

Yesterday I spent £1 and hope today will be a NSD. I have a letter to post to solicitor but she always puts a prepaid envelope in the post for me. Hopefully this is the last piece of paperwork for DA's estate.
Must go and take photographs of more things for selling.

Mr P and DS2 are concerned if they sit still for too long I will sell them. I am going for everything we don't need in the house and see how I get on.........

ETA 15 things listed fingers crossed :D
