    Sent two HTC phones to them, they have not replied to three emails sent to them querying payment, receipt, etc, that was 6 weeks ago...

    I used the Money Saving comparison tool to find the best deal, really wish I hadn't, I really hope that Martin and his team exclude this company in future, they really shouldn't be considered trustworthy!

    So I pick these guys as they've been deemed safe to use (admittedly I wish I'd done more background checking), they quoted the most for my Nokia 6700 Classic.

    Sure enough the freepost envelope arrived, I provided the phone and everything they asked for inside and sent it off on 8th November.

    And that was it, I sent emails but got no reply.

    Eventually after reading other peoples problems I came across a 'management' email address and a contact number.

    Finally I got some response and I honestly thought things were going to be ok.

    Instead, I get fobbed off again and again until today.

    When I was told that it's not on the system and it's been lost.

    Lost? By Who?

    Royal Mail... We recommend that people use recorded delivery

    I am amazed that this company can have so many problems with Royal Mail, when you add up all the unhappy customers of this company, it doesn't seem fair to lay the blame at RM's door.

    So after being told that was it, when I say told, it was more a case of silence while they hoped that I'd hang up and go away.

    So I suggested that I would consider my next actions, which may include contacting Watchdog and encouraging MSE to remove them from their comparison tool.

    To which they cheerily wished me luck!

    Anyone else had a similar problem??
  • Worked absoluetly fine for me. Were pretty fast with payment and stuff for my old phone, and even answered a query I had promptly.

  • This company was offering the best price for a pair of Nokia 5800s so I took the plunge and sent them recorded delivery in the pre paid envelopes supplied. I made sure they were well wrapped and paid the extra 74p for each package for the recorded delivery. The cheques were received within a week or so and emails kept me up to date on the progress of the phones. I had no problems with the company or payment and would use them again. However, I have since sold another phone to Envirofone (they offered more cash) and I found them to be lightning quick.

    They are an absolute joke.
    I sent my mobile to them when the whole country was grounded by the snow...due to the adverse weather it arrived 2 days late so they reduced the amount they offered me for the phone...by text.
    I phoned them and asked them to be leanient because of the weather...they would not budge so i asked them to return my phone!!
    4 weeks and several emails later i am still waiting for either a reply or my phone.

    I would be grateful if anyone could advise me of my next step!!
  • Sent an Iphone 4 4th January- they said we will pay promptly. 13th today and they say phone is fine but now I got to wait for payment. IF U WANT PAYING FOR YOUR MOBILE FAST- AVOID!!!!!!
  • It was with some trepidation that I used this Company having read some of the previous feedback but they offered by far the highest amount for my old mobile and I took the precaution of sending it by special delivery. I am pleased to report that the transaction was smooth and I was paid promptly with no problems whatsoever.

    I also find it strange that the only people who claim to have had a good service from this company are all from Shropshire- Pull the other one!!!!
