cashinmyfone is the biggest scam going, if you don't send your phone recorded delivery and use the freepost envelope (because at the end of the day why wouldn't it arrive this way?!?!) you will not get your money. You will be told that your mobile phone has not been received and has been lost in the post. If you contact them by email you will receive a standard email back saying that they are experiencing postal delays in the cheshire area and that they have just received a huge delivery and hopfully your phone will be in it! What a load of rubbish, they receive the phones but as you can't trace it they don't pay out.

If you do send your phone recorded delivery you will not get the full working price that you were quoted, they will tell you there is a fault with the phone and offer you a much reduced price.

Also never use envirofone as they seem to be trading as the same company!

The reviews on this site are not too bad which is where i made a big mistake by trusting them, if you put the company into google you will see hundreds of very poor reviews.
  • Just sold my phone to these guys....fantastic service, easy to register & kept updated by email with the progress, definately recommend:T
  • My dealings with them weren't too bad. Sent them 6 phones to the value of £245, which they collected at their own cost. Emailed the next day after to acknowledge they'd recieved them. Took them 5 working days to decide what was what, recieved a lower offer for a phone which i knew to be a bit crap anyway, recieved a confirmation of the total offer and that payment had been sent for processing. 3 working days later recieve email to say payment BEING processed. 3 working days later and the cash was in my bank. They took their time nothing stressful. The only problem i have now is I'm recieving a hell of a lot of sales calls and texts and I'm convinced they've sold my details. All the calls and texts seem to imply I've applied for a loan in the past few week, which is very worrying.

Anyone know how to find out where they have aquired my info?? They don't seem to be so keen to tell you when you ask them straight.
  • Sent my iPhone 3GS to the company via special delivery, was not offerd the full amount originally offered said there was a crack on the back of the phone even though I had sent the phone off in near perfect condition and fully bubble wrapped up, wont be using the company again and going back to MAZUMA
