Ever so often i keep getting this message, never had this before but it only seems on this site, have been trying others and it never comes up , is this to do with the server tweaking?

i had the same problem about 4:30 yesterday afternoon, couldnt refresh the screen successfully for approx 30 secssmile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....

Same here . Happened again a few minutes ago. Technical staff must be been sent so many emails from me (but not "from me" iyswim).
