Did a couple of orders but not had confirmation emails on all showing in order history but only as processing. Anyone else had that ?

Tried again
this time i was not logged in entered code and said "your basket is empty" so then i tried adding the seamoss gel, then code, then logging in and adding another product to still only have the gel free
tried again and stated couldn't use the code again .....arrrgh why does it work for some ppl?

just signed up to newsletter with alternative email. Had the confirmation email and there was no survey to fill in for free gift

That's a shame. You were completely logged out when you enter the first code?

I don't know if it works if you've used the survey code before - this was my first time using it. But I I've used the £10 code twice, and one voucher in store to my get goodies!

I've had confirmation emails immediately on all my orders so far. Have they gone into your spam folder, perhaps?

I finally got it to work for me, first order online! It does not seem to like giving you a free gel and a free hand cream. I have ordered the gel and :
1 x intoxicating davana blossom shower satine I went instore the other day and bought this with the voucher I got in the mag as an xmas present, it is just lovely, such a delicate smell and leaves your skin silky soft, would recommend!

Silly question, but once you've logged in (with the seamoss and survey code already stored), are you adding a new product then the different £10 off Marie Claire code? Because that one can be used multiple times.

I don't know if the survey code can be used more than once as it was my first time using it, maybe that's why?

Have now registed another email, still can't get it to work. Am I doing it right?

1) add gel code, 2) add seamoss, 3) log in, 4) add another item 5) than mc code

I can do all the way up to 5) and cannot add another code in box, just states remove code

hi, right i have hand cream and sea moss shower in basket with code and have it down to £10 minus pp. now what do i do as it says i need to remove a code to have space to put another in?? dont mind what i have so long as a bargain lol
