Have now registed another email, still can't get it to work. Am I doing it right?

    1) add gel code, 2) add seamoss, 3) log in, 4) add another item 5) than mc code

I can do all the way up to 5) and cannot add another code in box, just states remove code

That's exactly what I did - although I think I put the seamoss in then added the survey code (wrote the wrong order in my first post, sorry). However, someone else said it didn't work on the £10 handcream but did on another product...maybe play around with different products? The next cheapest is the lipsheer at £11 in the make up section.

To add the code, you are going into the actual basket, not going to the checkout, yes?

I just tried again, and even when not logged in I can't use the survey code again, so maybe you need to try clearing cookies?

Sorry, I don't know what else to suggest. It's now remembering the MC code without entering it for me! Even when I'm not logged into it! But it still lets me add an additional code...

    :( Sorry I can't help more.

I found I had to do two orders one after other. First one just hand cream then go back in and mc code still in there then start new order add anything and mc £10 comes off automatically. The add seamoss then add survey code the £10 already off will then have £17 added so £27 discount it did take a bit of fiddling with different things in and out to get right amount. Third order which I haven't done yet as think it might jinx it, but basket auto
automatically has £27 deducted. I think if you carried on playing with it like Kiki did you will prob get more off. I'm just happy with what I have ordered go far and don't want to push my luck. Hth

Thanks KiKi, I now understand the glitch!

I have ordered hand cream and shower gel for the price of postage. I too hope they will honour it!

The way I did it was:

    1) log out
    2) add seamoss into basket
3)apply discount code for seamoss (this did not appear until i then re-logged in)
    4) log in
5)check basket to see if MC discount is there (this was automatically in my basket- possibly have to apply it before logging out the first time?!)
    5) add hand cream
    5)check basket is at 0.00

After playing around with the codes and products I finally managed to get it to work, although does it only work with the Seamoss gel? As I did prefer gingerlilly. I have the seamoss and the £10 handcream in my basket and it is totaling £4.95 for both.

    Bexster makes a good point.

If you're having problems and don't mind spending /risking another 4.95, then do a straightforward purchase with the MC code for the £10 handcream. Then log out, log back in. It automatically remembers the MC code, and gives you the chance to add the survey code. BUT - that's what it's doing on mine, and it seems like your logging in doesn't seem to work in the same way, so there's obviously no guarantee that after doing the first purchase it would allow you to make the second by allowing a second code.

THOUGHT FOR MONKEYGIRL31: can you log in, add the MC code with handcream, then remove handcream and log out...it might remember the MC code?

Then try again, this time log in, adding handcream and see if the £10 off automatically applies? THEN add seamoss and survey code?

Murie - fab, eh?! My sister will be so pleased! I became self-employed this year and won't be able to afford to spend as much at Christmas, but she loves Molton Brown, so now I can give her a handwash, cream and shower gel for £15 and use the other 'free' handcream as another gift for a friend. I feel like a good sister again!
