That happened to me when I was trying to figure out putting both codes in, I cleared my cookies etc and logged out/back in again and finally managed to change the contents in my basket.

I think the reason it won't take them out is because it would put the basket into a negative amount (£10 off code automatically applying)!

For some reason I have not had to enter either of the codes again for it to give me the discount, it appears that it has saved both codes, however I have a funny feeling if i log out and then back in, it may not work, so going to order the same thing again and keep it as a spare prezzie/secret santa! I really do hope they honour our orders!

Comp Wins: Pauls Boutique Hoodie, Supercar Thrill Driving Experience, Benefit Lipstick, Radox Giftset, Paco Rabanne One Million Fragrance, £20!
  • Really pleased if they do honour purchases. I've spent £49.85 but should have cost £103.85 - saving £54 :)

This week I've shopped online with Avon, Body Shop, Book People, Molton Brown and Disney Store spent £166.81 and saved £213.38 so I'm very happy and christmas is looking nice :)

If you log out, then put in the correct items you are wanting, then log back in, it removes the previous items you had in there and replaces with the ones you just added (that was my way of deleting items i didnt want)

There's no reason not to honour the survey code the first time it's used, nor the MC code as its unlimited usage.

If the survey code is used more than once and not honoured, I could understand that, but they have no reason not to honour first time usage!

Hover over the 'view basket' then click on the checkout that appears, even though it says you have nothing there. It should work. :)
