Cannot get onto website through firefox but works ok in IE.
Done 2nd order, sadly didn't store £10 code but i did get my free showel gel and a gift card. Nice pressies for brother in law & sister in law

TBH no I didnt- I didnt get a survey sent to fill in! I pinched the code from here and tried to get it to work. I thought it was probably the case.
Oh no! Am I not good enough for Moloton Brown?! I have placed 6 seperate orders with them:o

I bought the handcream online and it looks a fab gift in its fancy box! I also used the voucher instore yesterday on a showergel and the assistant did not give me a sample. I asked why as they normally pop one in the bag and was told that they weren't giving them out when a voucher is used! Meanies!

I have just bought a £10 voucher online and added the shower gel for free. I'm hoping I can use the gift voucher together with another Marie Claire coupon instore .

I got a free sample when using the voucher instore. Sadly I think it depends on the SA and I'm sure this isn't Molton Brown policy. You shouldn't be treated any less favourably than the next customer because you are taking advantage of a promotion that MB are using to boost sales. I would ring Head Office as I did to clarify.

Did you use the same online account for this? Is the showergel the free one with the survey? Can't get the gift card to be discounted with the MCOFFER is there some trick? Sorry for all the questions.

Thanks, treacle, I think I'll drop them an email. I do shop there fairly regulary so I know what to expect and was disappointed. The samples are a good size and I think its very petty of them to treat my sale differently.

Yes, it was the same account as I used to buy the handcream a few days ago but I can't get the two codes to work like some posters have.

I have just paid £14.95 incl. delivery for a £10 giftcard and the free shower gel using the survey code.
