It's the naran ji soothing hand lotion spf 15. It's really good, soaks in well and doesn't leave your hands greasy.

thats what it does but for me (i am using firefox and the website does not work well in this) in then stores the codes. so first order i was able to order handcream with £10 off so just play delivery. then next order it stored the £10 off so i was able to order handcream and shower gel then use the survey code and so i got both free just paid postage.

then third order it has stored £10 off and free shower gel codes so then you add something which will be over £35 with £10 off. so item I ordered was £46 so i added that then the shower gel (make sure u order the right one) then it takes off the £10 from the mag and £17 for free shower gel so at that point it subtotals at £36 then u use the code you can find by googling the website and get another £10 off. so then the order totals £26 and you just pay delivery on top so you get (in my case) £63 for approx £30 including delivery. it is confusing but it worked!

No matter which way I try it I cant get the SURVEYGEL code to work for me! I add it to the basket myself, I have the mcoffer stored in my account but ti still comes up £21.95 at checkout! The survey code just wont work for me- any ideas?
    lovin' this site!

to get the survey code to work you need to add the item to your basket - the set correct one only as won't work with any others and then add the code and it should work fine.

    thanks

all the molton brown products are great and last forever! none of the creams are sticky. i love their fragrance but last time half way through the bottle i got allergic to the glitter! after getting all the xmas presents ive ordered myself one as a treat so fingers crossed im ok with the glitter this time:o

Is it the seamoss one? If so i`m having the same problem, it won`t accept the code and the £10 discount hasn`t been applied to my account even though i`ve placed my first order
  • I've just done an order for Amber cocoon hand wash and used mc code.
Did the survey to get a free shower gel and have that in my basket along with some hand cream to try it out. I have then applied that code but it still comes out at £10 plus p&p, is that right??

    hi monkeygirl

    My order 1 was £10 handcream for £5 p&p.

Aame as you for order 2 and it wouldn't discount the £27 only the £17 shower gel so £10 plus p&p. (£27 value for £15) so I changed to heavenly gingelily and the free gel it came up £7 plus p&p (£34 value for £12). Much better!

Unfortunatley I am now on order 3 but it hasn't saved the previous 2 codes but not too bothered as still got a good deal on 3 good products.

Wouldn't work for me either when putting soap in - changed to the new Pink shower gel and it is coming up to £7 plus p&p. hth!

  • Do Molton brown have sales? Was thinking of ordering a gift card instead of a product
