You actually need to add the Seamoss bath and shower gel to the basket yourself and the code reduces the price to 0 - it doesn't appear automatically when you enter the code. I was a bit confused by this at first.

The £10 off code appears to have stuck on my account now after ordering with it the first time - so when I did another order for the free shower gel it took £10 off as well, even after clearing my cookies, logging out etc :think:

ok as both won't work together Ive ordered handcream with sample £10 off so with delivery just under £5 for an xmas present.

then Ive used the survey code and got my partner a £10 giftcard with the £17 shower gel so overall has cost under £15 and will be perfect under the tree

omg the site has gone nuts! it has stored my survey and magazine offer. if you search for the website you will see there is also a code for £10 off if you spend £35. anyhow I have managed to order seamoss shower wash (£17) and mens heat for men set (£46) which subtotals £63 and yet I was just charged £30.95!!! soooo pleased as this is now my partners present bought! i had ordered him a showerwash with a giftcard for £15 which was reasonable but this is even better.

to get this to work you need to place one order (I am using firefox) using magazine code then one with the survey code and then for the next order it has stored these and doesnt clear them so then add something over £35 and then enter the moltonbrown websites own offer code to get £10 off and remember to add the shower gel and it should work for others too! http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=moltonbrown.com&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a

thats what it does but for me (i am using firefox and the website does not work well in this) in then stores the codes. so first order i was able to order handcream with £10 off so just play delivery. then next order it stored the £10 off so i was able to order handcream and shower gel then use the survey code and so i got both free just paid postage.

then third order it has stored £10 off and free shower gel codes so then you add something which will be over £35 with £10 off. so item I ordered was £46 so i added that then the shower gel (make sure u order the right one) then it takes off the £10 from the mag and £17 for free shower gel so at that point it subtotals at £36 then u use the code you can find by googling the website and get another £10 off. so then the order totals £26 and you just pay delivery on top so you get (in my case) £63 for approx £30 including delivery. it is confusing but it worked!

Thats where I went wrong I was trying to do it on the one order haha makes sense now thank you will go and give it a try and let you know xx

I received mine the other day very happy the naran hand lotion is in a lovely box and I also received the 30ml pink pepperpod bath and shower gel. Came in a lovely box with Molton Brown ribbon shame I had to open it. Thanks again OP :T
