I'm not going to bother, it'll probably be a 'tough luck' response anyways! I'm glad it wasn't just me though as I was thinking the same that I'd maybe hit the wrong one!

I did the survey yesterday and received a code within hours. I came on here and saw this thread for £10 off which is great, I tried purchasing something using the 2 codes together but they didn't work. So I used the £10 off code on it's own and noticed when I went to checkout the free small sample kept changing to the same fragrance as the £10 handcream. So I went back in and made sure ( I think) it stayed on the pink pepper option at checkout. I've since checked my order and it does say pink pepper sample and the order is still processing at the moment. I'll report back when I hopefully receive it. Thanks OP for posting this:T

I ordered yesterday and haven't received anything, i can see my order in my account and it just says processing.

I didn't get any emails for any of it but it still turned up so don't panic if u don't hear anything. I would say wait a week then question it if not received your item.x
