Visited Molton Brown store yesterday with more than one voucher to redeem. I was initially told by the Manager that if the personal details that appeared on the voucher were all the same then I could only use one voucher. I expressed surprise as nothing in terms and conditions to say you cannot use more than one voucher. But he said I would have to come back on another day to use another voucher. I then said what would stop me coming back in an hour to redeem another voucher? He then checked the voucher T&C's and agreed nothing to specify that seperate transactions could not be made by same person. Despite being made to feel a bit naughty schoolgirl the vouchers were accepted and I just paid the difference for the items seperately which is what I expected to do anyway. I have spoken Molton Brown and they apologised for confusion and agreed nothing to stop you using more than one voucher. They said they have different promotions running so that may have caused confusion but they will ensure message gets through to stores.

Hi Loz I've just filled in the survey and am awaiting for them to send me an email. Without sounding thick can you use the £10 off promotional code and i'm assuming they will send a code in an email , can you use both codes on the one order, don't fancy paying p&p twice, hope that makes sense lol xx

I was worried about this as I bought one item online (for P&P only) and then wanted to use an in-store voucher for £5 - I thought they might cross-check them, even though there's absolutely nothing in the T&Cs to stop you using more than one voucher. Because the obvious way to make best use of it is to buy each item separately!

But I essentially got a £25 RRP gift for £9.95 only! Hurrah! My sister will be thrilled. :D

Thanks Loz will try it when they send me my email, just looks like the promotional box will only allow one, will give it a try when they send me an email sitting here refreshing my emails haha thanks again xx
  • do you need to put both codes in at the same time? ive put my Marice claire on in first as the only option its giving me is to delete that one and use a different one rather than two.

i know it's a bit petty but did anyone get the wrong sample sent out? I got sent a sample in the same scent as the hand cream when I ordered the pink pepper one which I really, really wanted to try. Dunno if it's worth an email or not.
