Can someone help? Im having a right royal nightmare checking out. Ive put 3 handcreams in my basket. Ive selected my free sample and entered the code. When i click checkout I get a screen asking if I want to register, checkout without registering or log in as a registered user. Ive tried both regiestering and the quicky checkout but the next screen always says that my basket is empty and not valid for checkout. I cant get any further - AARRGHHH!!!!! please help me!:mad:

OK - this is bonkers. Ive put 70 quids worth of different products in the basket (so I know its not the hand cream making it strange) and it will not let me get to the checkout page. IM SO FRUSTRATED! It makes no difference which basket I click (top right or at the bottom of the page), I get as far as tyoing in my email address for registering or the quick check out and all I get when I click is 'YOUR BASKET IS EMPTY AND NOT VALID FOR CHECKOUT. nothing else is ont he screen

Make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser, clear all the cache and existing cookies or try a different browser - especially if you use any browser that comes with your broadband like aol or bt etc

Hmmmm, I'm using Firefox and the website keeps messing about - I'm trying to checkout but every page loads up initially as a blank page and requires reloading. Not sure about this when it comes to entering card details etc....

Got it working OK now Combined with the C&E glitch I'm sorted for hand cream for quite a while!
