Unless you into the whole Santa Buddies series I wouldn't say Santa Paws was a Christmas must have, also depends on the childs age. My son and his friend (7&8) got a bit bored and my daughter 6 was close to tears several times during the film!!

Unfortunately she is quite into the tripe that is the Buddies movies :(

Either Denzel brings the punters in or people are actually using the tickets more.
  • I saw the double bill in Nottingham on Sunday, but bizarely they showed the films in the wrong order, which they said was deliberate! Did anyone else have the same "problem"?!

    I had a different problem.

Sent to the WRONG cinema :(

All booking details for the Showcase on Osmaston Park Road, Derby - multi-screen been there 25 years or more.

Actually being shown at the new CINEMA DE LUX (Showcase) in the city centre.

So after what was about a 10 mile detour (as opposed to going straight from home to correct venue) I arrived almost 20 minutes late (parking a problem - at least if you want it to be FREE), and whilst I was told the screening was going to be delayed to allow people to get to the right cinema, TGWTDT had already started when I arrived.

So it took a little while to work out who was who and what was going on.
By the end I'm sure I didn't miss anything that was particularly relevant.

Unfortunately they then didn't start TGWPWF until about half an hour had passed after the first film finished.
This meant (due to another commitment) I had to leave about 30 minutes before TGWPWF finished :(

Including myself the were THREE of us in the cinema :) ....

... except for the last hour (ish)

A couple of women joined us after the 2nd film had been running for about an hour

    WEIRD !! :rotfl:

I've emailed SFF to complain ..... usually worth a couple of free tickets at least :)

Very COMFORTABLE though ... was shown in the DIRECTORS LOUNGE - extra wide reclining leather twin seats with swivel tables ........ HEAVEN :)

Really? how strange - saw the double bill in Brighton, they showed them in the correct order :)

The whole of Sheffield Centertainement was packed - bowling, cinema and the arena - security everywhere due to Eid celebrations and the amount of people attending. Only just got a seat in the cinema, the traffic and parking were so bad we ran in 2 mins before it started, sat right at the front and walked out deaf as a post lol.

    Good film though...really enjoyed it

I went to see Unstoppable at the Finchley Road O2 Vue yesterday with my husband and the cinema was around 70% full but by no means overflowing!

Loved the film, it kept me on the edge of my seat for the duration. Husband works in that line of work so made a lot of "techie" comments - we had a laugh about it afterwards, how appropriate that I would drag him to the cinema to see something that he actually really enjoyed in the end!
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).
  • I agree Caterina, Unstoppable was great! I was sceptical because I don't really like too much action & find it gets boring - but this was a really tense action film and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I think it's probably because it's not fighting action or totally unrealistic, but I really enjoyed it!
