Help! I'm trying to retrieve my ticket for tonight's Due Date with Sky - I can't find it on the site - the emial says I can retieve it on the sky.com site in the usual way - can anyone help - and quick>!

Using your normal screenings link, sign in and on the next page you will see 'retrieve' amongst other options. You can get your ticket there.
