Do you buy every magazine/paper for the codes that you use then?

Where it specifically says you need the relevant page, yes. We really shouldn't begrudge spending a pound or so for what is sometimes £20-40 worth of tickets...

Some people are being complete hypocrites and pompous as they have gained from loopholes in the past (now closed) and attended screenings for Sky previews in the past and other subscriber based previews such as some of the newspaper previews when tickets could be nabbed by non subscribers.

Stop pontificating and trying to ruin it for others.:(

I think you have me mixed up with someone else - I'm both a Sky AND Virgin (for my broadband) subscriber and have never had to take advantage of a "loophole"??

And you cleverly ignored the rest of my statement about other subscriber based previews!

I still say this is all sour grapes.

    Ha ha, when was that?!

I've only been going to free previews since 2004 so will bow out of this discussion!!

Ha ha, oh to be young! Yes, I started going to previews in the late 90s, when it was almost exclusively Heat magazine that did them. But even some in the late noughties (Ratatouille in 2007 being one of the last if I recall correctly) required collection of tickets or a phone code.

And you clearly didn't read the post where I said I always take the relevant page? There's no sour grapes - I get to go to dozens of previews, since I'm a member of Times Plus, Guardian plus, and as previously stated a Sky and Virgin subscriber.

So who were you referring to when you talked about someone "pontificating" who had used the Sky "loophole"??

Well some people were attempting to DISCUSS the fact that people not bringing pages from newspapers/magazines can be annoying to those who do, and may also jeopardise future screenings. Some people have a different view, as they are fully entitled to of course. I believe that's the nature of a discussion, though I might be wrong obviously...
