Trying to get the Transformer tickets but it's not working for me??

I have a Virgin Pay as You Go Mobile and entered my details on the screen for the Transformer tickets but it keeps saying:

"Oops Sorry, we're not recognising you as a customer. This could be because:
You have already registered tickets for this screening.
Your Virgin Media account number or Virgin Mobile number has been entered incorrectly. Your account number is at the top of each page of your paper bill or on page one of your eBill
If you've just joined us, it will take 14 days before you can access Movies First tickets."

I haven't applied for tickets before. My virgin mobile number has been entered correctly and I've been using that PAYG Sim card for many months now. I've tried using different email addresses but I keep getting the same message?? What am I meant to do to get it to work??

Have you registered your card by making an account with Virgin?:)

No... Didn't think you had to do that as it just asks if you are you a Virgin Mobile customer (which I am) and to enter your mobile number... I've been using the PAYG sim card for ages - surely they would know it's a valid Virgin Mobile number from their database...?
  • PLEASE BE AWARE Just so you know, our ticketing partner, Show Film First, is having trouble with their website because of high demand and tickets are currently unavailable to book. They're working on getting everything back up and running as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and we'll update you very soon.

Note: I may not update this so do check back on their site

Just off the phone with someone at SFF, due to the technical issues they are experiencing as far as they are aware no tickets have been allocated as of yet. hmmmm.

Ta - been trying since 10 and not even getting to the booking site so it must be pretty bad,
The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.
