    Anyone know the list of cinemas yet? Are Metrocentre/Gateshead, Silverlink, Boldon, or Newcastle on there??

    #2466 lists the cinemas just look up the thread a little bit

    the site is fine now, but then i get the following warning:

    Sorry, we're not recognising you as a customer. This could be because:
    • You have already registered tickets for this screening.
    • Your Virgin Media account number or Virgin Mobile number has been entered incorrectly. Your account number is at the top of each page of your paper bill or on page one of your eBill
    • If you've just joined us, it will take 14 days before you can access Movies First tickets.
    I did try this morning at 9, entered my details but then there was an error and couldn't go further... I haven't got any tickets and i am not a new virgin customer and i have been using my number to book tickets on previous occasions!

    so must be that my number has gone through the first process and then assumed i went on the showfilmfirst site sucessfully... but i didn't... hmm... disappointed.

    try again, it said that to me then the next time i didnt get that message

    Also, try a different email address..worked for me

    I am hardly going to post a pic of my confirmation email on here am I ... some unscrupulous person could print off my confirmation and pretend to be me ;)

    All I know is that I am sorted and I attempted to share what worked for me to possibly help others.

    If you still can't get through that's your problem not mine.

    Well you'd be a numpty for posting the confirmation ticket with your details on it. Post it with your details blanked

    still doesn't work :( even with a different email address and i even tried to use my old postcode... no luck..

    No, dont post it at all, then people that forge tickets and spoil it for everyone else have no chance of seeing what the tickets look like
