    Think thay have pulled the plug on the server totally now .

    in that case then I was just in the nick of time

    you're right though they need to up the capacity to deal with a large number of requests

    yup - even trying to go through showfilmfirst.com (instead of virgin media) shows 'Unable to connect to database server!'

    Site definitely still working, after a while of refreshing I have just booked 4 tickets for Glasgow :) so keep trying!!

    after 37 mins of constant refreshing I now have my confirm email for 3 tix @ manchester trafford centre

    The SOAP stuff is just the way the authentication is being done between the 2 sites for passing the vm email and sff code (988214 by the way)

    there seems to be a number of steps in the process. Once you get to the point where the url ends with vmv_details then that's when you add your name. The next one after that is ticket_order.php and from there you're good

    btw I tried multiple browsers and chrome was the quickest to send/receive requests.

    Having a decent pc will help as well.
