I've now emailed them four times, on two different contact emails, VIP and general help, had no response at all. Does anyone have a phone contact? I've searched their site and I can't see any details of a phone number or an address - I thought that companies trading online in the UK were obliged to give more contact details than just an email address - which they don't reply to! I'd really like to get a refund, as this is just becoming a huge hassle, now more than 10 weeks since I paid and not a single ticket offer received.

I think the best way to contact SSF is via Facebook /Twitter. They normally answer soon after. You have to consider they can be very busy at times. Whenever I needed to get in touch with them, they have been quiet prompt and very, very kind.

Thanks for the suggestions - but, I'm not on either Facebook or Twitter! I agree, when I've contacted them by email in the past about ticket bookings they've got back to me very quickly and have been very helpful. Which is why it's strange I've received no response to my four emails about VIP membership - first one sent more than a month ago.

Actually something just happened to me I had to re-register because it would not recognise my address. And it has happened in the past a couple of times if not more. So, I guess there is definitely something going on that is not right. I would say let's have a bit more of patience, I'm sure they wil write back. I am going to put something on their fb in case they are not aware of and mention your situation in a general sort of way. Have a good rest of the day!

Hi, there I tried to enter for these tickets above and had to re-register. This has happened before. Also some peeps are saying they haven't received any confirmation of VIP membership, just wanted to let you know. Hope everything gets straightened.

has anyone else seen mothers day? it is god awful.
I actually cannot believe it was passed by the censors. it was full of gratuitous, unnecessary sexual violence, incestuous themes, misogynistic depictions of sexual assault and would give people ideas on the types of violence they could carry out. It was badly acted, the storyline was poor and ridiculous in places. I would not recommend this film at all and do not think it should be in cinemas. I almost walked out twice.

The violence, was over the top, but it was directed by the man who directed Saw.

I remember Rebecca De Mornay, playing the psycho nanny in The Hand That Rocks The Cradle and starring with Tom Cruise in Risky Business.
