Went to see 'Life in a day' this morning... really enjoyed it...a fun and original documentary...sad, funny, thoughtful etc...recommended.

Excellent film. Went with my 16yo DD, she had to cover her eyes for a couple of scenes (animal slaughter, the woman's operation scars) but otherwise thought provoking with some laugh-out-loud moments (the man fainting while filming his wife's c-section!). Most interesting part was the comparison of meal times - the diversity of what people eat, how they prepare it, how they eat it, etc - fascinating!

Please- any ideas? Do they have a list of names at the cinema?
    Hi all,

Could really do with some help-

Got tickets on 27/04 from Telten for tonight- I printed the tickets out there and then because I no longer have access to the email address I registered on the site with - I've lost the tickets! Does anyone know a way to reprint straight from the site please?

I have now updated my email address and emailed them asking to send out to me at my new email- but I haven't had a response and the film is tonight-

    Can anybody help please?

    Thanks

X-Men First Class has done what Batman Begins did to the Batman Franchise.

    Brilliant movie.

Yes, I've done the same, joined and paid in March, no VIP emails yet, have emailed them three times and no response at all. Am thinking of asking for a refund, definitely going to cancel the renewal - when you sign up you commit to paying the same amount every year until you actively cancel. Is anyone consulting Trading Standards, or Consumer Direct? Their offer of VIP membership definitely said that they would be sending out codes from mid-April.
  • glad you got in, some cinemas had problems without their amex cards, looks like I shall go on an orange weds

Just tried the code 780124 on Tellten for a few cinemas and tickets are now available again for Bridesmaids.

Yeah, I signed up and had the same experience except the movie offered wasn't even showing in my city. Awful service! I mailed them and got a refund a few days later though, had no trouble with that. Keep trying or maybe look up a phone contact?

Transformers - Dark of the Moon is the next one on the 28th June. Tickets aren't on yet though.

    http://movieoffers.virginmedia.com/previews/

I emailed ShowFilmFirst yesterday about the Transformers preview and Luke replied to say that the tickets will be available in about a week or so.

(Are all the help people called Luke or does he run the department by himself?!)
