It's not until March, and I got for next to nothing, so quite chuffed. Don't know who will play which role on the night (they are swapped about by Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonny Lee Miller on alternating nights seemingly).
Oh lucky! I'm really eager to see that production. I have a ticket to see it in theatre but I'm thinking of looking at the cinema screening too, should be good
I don't know by heart what date the screening is but the National Theatre lists what night the actors play Frankenstein and what night the creature (except for the previews, it's not listed for that).0 -

Thanks for that. I'm looking forward to seeing this next week in Bolton.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -
I would be interested in other peoples view on this.
My screening was packed - again.
People must be desperate to get out of the house because they are suffering from cabin fever.... because it was absolutely freezing outside.
Firstly I admit I have never seen any previous film, tv series, or played the game.
But somehow I have heard of "Tron", but not quite sure how?!
Anyway, 3D special effects - great.
Music and sound effects - great.
Story line and script...... errr I think I must have fallen asleep and missed that bit.
Disappointed.
Not exactly sure what I was expecting ( last film was "Next Three Days" so obviously I have been spoilt) but a very boring and lack-lustre film, imo.
Don't know what the story was supposed to be about, and after watching this, I don't care.
I literally did not care who "won" the goodies or the baddies!
Would the ending be unresolved? was it left so there could be a follow on?.... do I care? NO!!!
Most interesting part was the first 15 minutes - boardroom and powerplay in company.... smacked of Ironman and I Robot.
Most memorable characters - the dog, and the club owner ?!
Don't quite know who Disney are aiming this at.
Technical gibberish would be over the heads of most kids.
Referencing either previous film, or trends etc of 20 years ago... would not interest most kids.
Does not have the sex, violence or storyline to hold the attention of most adults.
Only things left are the visual and the auditory.....
Personally I wish Disney had spent a little less on the special effects, and a bit more on script writers.
Cut 15 minutes of the film, and add 100% storyline:cool:
4 out of 10..... and that was because of the special effects..... and the cinema was warm !!
If you want to see a good film - go to see ;)Next Three Days0 -

I feel lucky. I can't wait to see it. I wasn't going to look who was playing whatever role on the night, but you twisted my arm - lol.
I looked, and the night I'm going (17th), it states:
Thu 17 7pm NATIONAL THEATRE LIVE
Okay, perhaps I'm not meant to know - lol.Invented tradition: Couponology

Barney's Version
Paul Giamatti, brilliant, very witty and touching movie.
Really good cast with Hoffman, Pike and Driver.

Tron: Legacy
Ultra, ultra weak script and storyline.
FX and Score were brilliantly done, just too bad the film was boring half way through.
6/100 -
If anyone missed screenings due to my posting of SFF emails that were sent to me then I apologise, but maybe SFF need to be a little more specific in their emails too....0

Maybe you need to let people check their own emails and decide for themselves whether or not to go.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -

I will do in future. I'm getting sick of trying to help people and getting shot down by Tibbs and her vendetta against me.0 -

It's not like you forced anyone to not go. you were just giving them all the information.0
