Was hoping to have leftover chicken for dinner tonight but when I carved it up it was all bloody so I binned it as I didn't think it could be saved, so I think I shall be lazy and have the Fray Bentos I bought as a treat from Ickyland.
Izzle - if it was bloody then it wasn't cooked enough and just needed cooking some more. All I do in cases that that is pop it in the microwave for a few mins.

adelight congratulations on getting the job :T
Well DH had a good meeting and a lot of things have been sorted , the head of year listened to our concerns and was not happy that the teacher in question had told me that DS would be kicked off the course.
DS has ASD and has really done well to get into A level but it seems a lot of the help he was getting with his problems have not continued this year so a new course of action is to be written up for him.Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

That suits me
I haven't got time to make the pastry and do everything tonight but if I can prep the apples and leave them on slow cook that's one less thing I need to do. Just need to work out how much water to add now.........

Not much at all
adelight - :T Congrats
Suzybloo ((hugs))
Jackie0 - So pleased the arm is improving all the time, shame you had to wait for the NHS poscode lottery to sort themselves out.
Today has been a lazy day, everything up to date, and enough mince cobbler left for tonight:D
Had a couple of slices of HM toast for very late brekky, and shared a scone with DH at lunch, together with a couple of HM cookies. Luckily I sent most of them with DGNeice. Done the banking, and still copying over LP's.
Take care all. DGMember #8 of the SKI-ers Club

Evening all
Well today was actually good in work
the new group were on the whole pretty good and well behaved! There are 2 kids who are friends who can be a handful (one has been on the course before but was 'sacked', so I know him) so as long as we separate them as much as possible it should be ok! Also managed to recruit 2 more so we are up to the correct number of starters, which is good for our figures.
After work I went to the gym, I was there a little later than normal (bout 45mins) as I had to go pick up our minibus from it's MOT, and my gosh it was sooo much busier than when I normally go! I'm lucky in that I finish work at half4 so I'm in gym by 4.40 - it's behind my work! - so it's usually quite empty.I'm back! I just got a call offering me the job yayyyyyy!!
I'm so excited, I start training monday then switch to sat & sun(double time!). I'm so happy, this job is exactly what I need right now.
Congrats adelight!!
Not much OS here, emptied DW and will load WM ready for morning.
Have a good evening all
