Hubby finished off painting the walls in the bedroom and myself and DD2 cleared the bathroom in readiness for us taking down the ceiling before it falls down.

I bought an aldi car stereo and had it fitted, really pleased, got my radio 4 back.:D

Tea in oven, southern fried chicken.

Replaced our toothbrushes with new ones from home bargains.
binned a binbag full of stuff I will not use from the bathroom.

Swept, washed and disinfected the garden path from pooing chickens.

Found cat worming tablets...:rotfl: so cat will be done later and then let out for the night.;)

DW and wm been in action again.

Treated DD2 to some money for psp games as she does'nt want to go to the local fair and I'm so relieved and pleased because it costs a blooming fortune.

May head to the pub but I'm really tired so may not.

Still got a lot of batch cooking to do.

nattyt huge squishy (((hugs))) so sorry to hear that honey - well maybe its better you found out now rather than after you got back together - it would seem IMHO that you are better off without him - hard as it seems just now - I am sure you will do better for you and the children - dont let him mess you around.

Thank you. After speaking to him today the truth has come out and I actually feel better knowing as can now move on. He's been seeing her not just a couple of dates. This is my time now and the only way is UP!

Done some ironing today and put bit and bobs away but house looking good as this flylady business has transformed it!!:T

Big hugs to all in need. ONE LIFE LIVE IT! :)

Learning to crochet!!! :D I can knit, but wanted to have a go at crochet... not sure if they let knitting needles in cabin baggage on planes, so perhaps they'll let me bring a crochet needle... not sure, I'll have to check up.
Anyway, in spite of good intentions re DD1's boxes, I never got near them. I spent the afternoon using up all our veg etc in soups and casseroles so they don't go off while we're away, and therefore be totally wasted.
Did my dailies though so I feel like a good girl!
Off to an evening wedding reception at 7.30 outside, at a farm, on a dreich day. Poor bride. Still, I'm sure it will be jolly. Lots of old friends to catch up with.
Night night everyone, and hugs to those who need them. x

Oooh and the big news is I've asked my friend if she can clean for me, so I can get on with decluttering. She's struggling financially at the mo, looking for more work hours, so I can pay her, carry on with the other stuff and she gets some more work.

Hopefully that way it means that I won't spend my precious time at weekends playing constant catch up.

Next week we'll know for sure if she can do it as she may have another job but fingers crossed.

xxJoxx for the love of goodness that list is ginormous - and you get on to me!!!! well done for having the courage to post it hon and I know you have been chipping away at it - I sincerely hope you are not aiming to do the housework stuff all this weekend? And shouldnt sis be helping - you would soon get through it then.

I know, I know, I know! For gods sake Crafty...dont read it! You'll bore yourself silly!! :p

No its not a list for this weekend - lol!! It was Much MUCH longer! LO's room was the worst - but Ive kinda done most of that now! And lots of other stuff! Ive been looking at my room this weekend and have EMPTIED!! yes emptied, my wardrobe.

I have been ironing.....ME - im getting flipping good at this! I did all littleys last week...emptied his room of everything, took out everything too small, damaged or stained and ironed everything else and put it away.... Im doing this with the contents of my wardrobe this weekend.

My Summer stuff has been seperated to go in a suitcase under the bed, a pile of stuff is upstairs is on the bed waiting to be tried on, some has been 'charity-bagged' and the rest is being ironed, hung up and put away... :T

    Baby steps....

Depending on how I get on, it might be the drawers in my room that get the same treatment tomorrow. Ill be back to the ironing board tonight while the Xfactor is on...:D

Decided to stay in so just disposed of three bags of onions, weep, weep, to get my curry base sauce on the go.

Then decide what currys to make from it.

Also going to home dye myhair as I'm bored of being reddish.

Also have a lot of eggs to use up so need to get my baking head on....mmm what are we in the mood for?
