Im Angry.

Performances on the pitch are nothing short of a disgrace these players are paid weekly salaries that would take me 3 years to earn and they can't even see off minnow teams like blackpool (no offence blackpool fans.) My Football idol Torres now looks very disintrested and disillusioned with life at Anfield now and I don't blame him as it has been nothing but broken promises ever since he got here. More than half of the team should be shipped out and sold and some of the promising youngsters should be given a go.

The American owners are modern day robbers they have used countless loans to by LFC and now the time is coming RBS want there money back and yet again the Americans are thinking of settling RBS debt with another loan from another banking group. They have promised money for a new stadium which has been shelfed and money for new players to help grow the squad. Rubbing salt in the wounds of us passionate liverpool supporters the owners are even thinking of selling our top players to secure their position as owners.

Hicks & Gillet enough is enough if you dont want to be there lower your valuation and go.

Sad time for a great club with great history. :(

I couldn't agree me Gerrard-8-lfc. It's breaking my heart what is happening at our club, it really is. How things could have gone so drastically wrong is beyond me. I love the club with a passion and I can't see a way out of this mess we're in. I, along with a lot of other Liverpool supporters, would rather we took the 9 point adminstration deduction if it meant we could get rid of our current owners. They are the reason our club is failing so badly :(

Maybe all the Liverpool fans should club together and buy the club out as has been mentioned many times before.

  • The money is not there anymore and the likes of Tottenham and Man City are becoming a force so it is becoming much more competitive and money / Champions League is making it harder to sign better player. I have no idea why we have signed Poulsen we already have a donkey in Lucas.

Tottenham signed Van Der Vaart for 8 Million and we got Poulsen at 6 Million and loaned Aquilani to Juventus. Why ? to add insult to injury Roy Hodgson makes the strangest comments about team performance.
I was waiting for him to say something along the lines of " A Blackpool team on its day would put Barcelona to the wire. We did well to contain them and Charlie Adam until they scored then they wocked us. Playing centre back Kyriakos upfront proved a great tactic we were unlucky not to take a point from Blackpool at Anfield today"

" I must go my dinner is ready"

    Thank you roy

Rafa Benetiz had plenty of money to spend and he squandered it. Liverpool fans complaining about a lack of support are forgetting that previous chairmen backed Rafa to the hilt. He simply chose to chuck it down the drain on muppets and underperformers like Glen Johnson, Dirk Kuyt, Alberto Aquilani, Alberto Riera, Robbie Keane, David Ngog, Jermaine Pennant, Josemi....need I go on?

The team just isn't good enough and you can see the frustration on the faces of Torres and Gerrard at having to play alongside idiots week in, week out. Gerrard is one of the few players who does himself justice in an England !!!! and it's because he isn't being held back by his team mates.

The issue with the American owners is entirely separate to the on-field performances. Neither Hicks or Gillett had anything to do with Glen Johnson's comical defending this afternoon. After all, plenty of clubs have unpopular owners - one of them not that far along the M62 from Anfield.

Aquilani, Riera, Keane, Josemi - I understand...but Johnson, Kuyt & Ngog? I'm sorry I'm not having that. Yes, Johnson is having a bad start to the season but so are the whole team. He has been a good signing for us overall. Kuyt will work for the team to the bone, just because he doesn't always score doesn't mean he's not any good. He works incredibly hard feeding players and getting crosses in. That's just as important too. Ngog is just learning his trade, he's a young lad who doesn't get a lot of playing time. He's scored 7 goals with limited playing time. Playing second fiddle to Torres can't be easy.

    I'm guessing you're a United 'fan'?

Agreed to some extent, but we should have never tried to sign Barry when we had a world class midfielder in Alonso. We were lucky he went on to give us his best season after the Barry saga. I can only dream where we would be if Alonso was still here.

i totally agree, if barry was going to sign then alonso should have gone but as barry didnt sign it meant alonso was to leave the following season,
  • Gareth Barry said he wanted to sign for Liverpool then the following season when we bid for him he went to Citeh. Money Talks. Alonso was a huge mistake to let go Liverpool have declined since he left. Alonso gave Gerrard the ability to wander. Lucas does not offer this.

Liverpool's or Rafa's flops have been evident however Money spent Vrs Money Gained from sales is not as large as you think. Pauletta has to be the worst signing rafa made. The american owners bought the club under false pretences to David Moores who loves the club to bits and felt the american's could provide a new stadium and good fianancial support.

Why Ryan Babel is not givin a proper run of games is beyond me I rate him Higher than Jovanovic or Ngog and Jovanovic's attitude and statements today has annoyed me as well. The reason your not playin Jova is because your not playing well enough !.
