Morning all.......................................((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))))))))))))))) if you need one.....

Typical, we had a brilliant day yesterday 3 loads of laundry dried, this morning........raining............I have a washer full of clothes, oh well they can stay there according to the forecast its to be fine tomorrow.

DD1 and SIL are here, so we are going over to the Market, SIL wants to see what golf stuff they have. We will carry on to Aldi for some cauliflower for supper.
    Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.
  • Morning all.

Horrible weather here so TD will definitely be going on as I have a machine full of wet towels ( and I find they start to smell musty if left on the rack ).
Fortunately weather was ok yesterday so managed to wash uniforms, put them on the line to blow for a few hours then dried them overnight on the rack, need to iron them later.
Cooked the chicken for today's tea yesterday while we were baking cakes and quiche so only need to prepare the veg.

Popping to Lidl/Aldi for some fruit and veg for the week and have to feed next doors rabbit as they are in France.

    Have a good day :)
    Mum to 3 gorgeous kids

Hoping to have a better year this year.

Morning all! what a miserable day! OH wants to find our nearest co-op today as they've a 1.1kg gammon joint on offer for £5...so think we'll be heading into town when he surfaces.

Need to clean the bunny out at some point day. We've finally decided on a name for it! Our dog is Bramble after the actor Wilfrid Brambell so it seemed fitting that the rabbit is called Corbett after Harry H. Corbett (OH is a massive Steptoe and son fan, sometimes i think he forgets he's only 25!)

We started a diet yesterday, had some amazing pork stir fried rice for dinner, will make that again, and the scales have gone down .4lbs this morning!

    Have a good day all!

  • Morning All,

I am screaming along with you Camelot, I've been awaks since 2am - again - and have been listening to it all night. I am exhausted and my mouth is killing me and swollen. :(

BUT - its DS1's birthday today, eleven years old.:D Its also the 13th anniversary of the day we got engaged. :) When I discovered I was pregnant, I thought this would also be his birthday, and it also happened to be my parent's 25th Wedding Anniversary at the time. Although obviously I don't celebrate that now. Its funny how these date coincedences work isn't it? I wonder if there's any sort of relevance in numerology?

Anyhow, busy day, boy's party, out for dinner I think after for a wee treat - probably pizza hut as its his choice - then home to play X Box and watch X Factor X's all round!!

Have a great day, hugs to all in need and Hi Five to Jackie O with her newly sorted arm :D

TERRIBLE weather here today, so no excuses to not get on with the housework....

We adopted a dog from another family member a few months back - she's lovely and is great with the kids. Anyway have just popped the cover of her cushion into WM - I really need to wash the actual cushion as well, it stinks (thinks it's something to do with her being in season), but is full if holes. As much as I'm loathed to I think we may have to invest in a new one

Mr T delivery due later, and we're having dinner at my parent's house (limit on the washing up - woo hoo!!!). Anyway, suppose I'd better crack on.....

Hope you all have a fantastic Sunday! ;)

    Morning all,

Rain here too, has not stopped since friday night, last night was torrential, have my bedding in the wm, will have to out it on the airer.

We changed the bedroom round yesterday, and it looks so much bigger, we also got the winter throw down from the loft, so we had a really cosy sleep last night.

Off to get dd a thick winter duvet today, she needs one as she is starting to get cold at nights, might also pop into Lidl for washing liquid.

Think we may be collecting dd's friends while we are in town, they can get the train home, although what they will do in this rain I dont know.

Better get on, have good days all xx

Happy Birthday to young Master Glasgow :j:T xx

Raining here, we don't have the heating on so all the wet washing is in the smallest bedroom on the maidens & I have a small heater on in there, the leccy meter is whizzing round, but then I also have the oven on baking cakes & a chicken, the hob on making apple & chilly jelly, WM & DW on too.
We've chosen the design for the invites for our Handfasting, just need to sort out the wording & I'll print them at work, it will be the cheapest way.
    Have a good day everyone.
    Hugs Hester

  • Morning all

Am sitting here doing as little as possible - took the dog out a little while ago and I have not been as wet as I got, for most of the year!

Will be running around later tidying and cleaning, then it's cottage pie and veg for dinner.

OH is returning home today for a whole 3 days! And I've got tomorrow off as I worked yesterday, then on nights so I'll have some of my days free (as a student you never stay the entire night).

Had a rubbish night's sleep as there were hoodlums (:D) racing round the village in the early hours, and then I had bad dreams all night - woke up with a banging headache

Will also try to complete my second blanket so I can start on the other one I've found a pattern for, and then there's the cross stitch, and the quilted patchwork.......

Have a good day all! :)
