I would just like to add sincere thanks to everyone who posted on this thread. I have just received a letter from a DCA re a debt incurred before my bankruptcy that I did not list (as I didn't actually know I had the debt, it was a BT debt from an old address). I was very worried I may have to pay it, having read all your posts I am now sending a copy of the letter listed above to the DCA. Thank you again for putting my mind at rest!0
