Good spot! [Edit, not actually the case, because my screenshots show that all 3 immediately above show 500 points for 1 ink. The cached reference has changed in the meantime. I have in total 4 screenshots showing 500 points for 1 ink which I am happy to share in due course.]

We all know it was 500 points for 1 ink, this ran for 5 days before they changed it.

All orders accepted in those 5 days should be honoured.

There is plenty of BB evidence to help demonstrate the terms of the offer and hence contract that Tesco entered into when they took payment and dispatched the goods.

Actually, good job I saved them as screenshots! lol

Not sure if it is Tesco doing it or not but the cached Google references above seem to be changing and turning the 500 points for 1 ink into 500 points for 2 inks.

Luckily I have the 4 screenshots and will happily forward them to people when required.

Is there a way to post the screenshots here?

Numbers 1 & 3 now do not show the 500 points for 1 ink offer but no 2 still shows.

I have all 3 plus another 1 saved as screenshots ;-)

spotted this online :-Your next Clubcard statement will include details of the Clubcard points you have collected up until 23rd October. You can spend your Clubcard vouchers in-store, online, at tesco.com and Tesco direct or get up to 4x their value with rewards. We'll also send you coupons and exclusive offers that we think you'll enjoy. So would hope to have them by the end of the month

    Screenshot. I learned tonight! lol

Start with the screen you want to copy.

Go to programs (start button bottom left), then accessories, pick snipping tool. Snip round what you want to copy.

Go again to programs (start button bottom left), then accessories, pick paint. Paste. Save as.

something else I've just realised, it was posted on the main boosting clubcard points of the MSE website, I can only assume that once again Money Saving Expert has messed this up! Tesco have seen they are going to lose money on the offer and pulled it as with 1p deals they messed up for everyone recently!!

    Thanks Again MSE!!
Oh no feel bad now it was me that posted on boosting clubcard points after reading and placing an order when I read this thread didn't realize it would mess things up for people but then I did think it was a geniune offer we live and learn

Nae bother. It was Tesco that messed up by withdrawing the offer without honouring their legal obligations and hence making people think Tesco lack honesty, credibility - and indeed who can trust the food Tesco supply or the quality of Tesco's goods if they cheat at every opportunity?

If I were Terry Leahy I would sack the person responsible for this gaffe or at least send him on retraining, probably 3 months in childswear.

I phoned both tesco direct and clubcard today and they said that they couldn't find anything to say that I wouldn't get my points.I told them that I had read they were not going to honour them and the clubcard and direct people said they couldn't see anything to suggest that.clubcard said they could take up to 6 weeks to show up and tesco direct that I would get them in my November statement. Here's hoping they are right.

Best ask Clubcard for confirmation about how many points you will be getting, when.
