HP Ink at Tesco Direct loads of cc points

We could easily be cheated here. Who amongst us keeps a tally of points owed?

Tesco could easily change it to 500 points for 2 inks for all orders and some may not realise the cheating.

If I don't get the right points, I will take this as far as needs be.

Clubcard call staff.
Clubcard boss.
Customer services boss.
HR boss for a laugh and to get the CS boss in trouble lol.
Start on the board.
CEO.
Some non-execs, with full evidence.
Chairman.
Buy 1 share and present my case at the AGM.
Bulletin Boards for the next 10 years.
Ad infinitum.
Repeat every few months/ year.

Or take the advice. Write to Tesco, ask for the points. If reply not satisfactory then take to small claims court. Simples.

I checked my clubcard statement tonight and it says I have 1300 points for this period...yet when i made the order of 4 inks plus one other item, it said I would be credited with over 2000 points (cant remember the exact amount and foolishly didnt print it off at the time!) So unless the most recent points havent been added, Im certainly not getting what I was promised. Will await my invoice tomorrow!

You can go into your account and print out the invoice. What invoice are you awaiting tomorrow? They don't put one into the bags with Direct orders any more.

Correction, you need the email confirmation they send you. This shows the points allocated.

absolutely right the Email comfirmation clearly shows points earned with order. Pity they caught on before I finished paying for next years cruise. Managed to get a quarter of the way there though. Lovely lovely fun. Good old Tescos.

Dont you think this is why they changed it? Way over the radar!! Not sure how you would go on chasing that many, T's have an abuse clause you know and people have been banned for a lot less.

I placed two orders, one for DH and one for myself, but only have email confirmation for one as it seems that orange have deleted his email account:mad: Do you think I will have problems getting both lots of points added?

Ask customer services to resend order confirmation to new email address and see what's on it?
