  • Hey Guys,

I am officially a lurker. I love this thread and intend to try my hand at a few things, but im really busy the next couple of weeks as we've just moved house and we're getting married in the 6th.

Anyway i just wanted to ask Helen where did you get the boot print stickers you used in the first footing sweet packet? ive had a look for the stickers and also for stamps to no avail.

Heading out to poundland tomorrow to see what cheapass stuff i find!

Is this the one Chris? I'll do a little tutorial plus a list of stuff you'll need etc for tomorrow xxxxx
  • HI Oneandonlydebbie -

Hmmmm those boot print stickers are by Stickopotamus ...... and I got about 20 pks from a seller on ebay in U.S as I couldn't find them in UK.

Try googling Stickapotamus Bootprint stickers. - there are a few people that stock them in UK but I am put off by P & P with some companies as the stickers only cost about 99p.

I have nearly used mine up so I tend to use them very sparingly - but I have used them on so many cards and projects! I too am desperate for some more.

  • flyingpig58 - I just wanted to say that your tutorials are fabulous, thank you so much for trying to help those of us who are just starting to craft. I know you mentioned about 'not teaching my granny to suck eggs' but when some of us don't have the confidence simpler is better believe me, hee hee :j :j

Hi, I used ebay seller SSHOTSS. They do all kinds of personalised lables. They were selling a santa/reindeer one and i just asked them if they could put the reindeer food poem on :) They dont seem to have any items for sale at the minute.

But i did find.. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CHRISTMAS-Reindeer-1a-PERSONALISED-sticky-LABELS-/350402794065?pt=UK_BOI_Packing_Postal_Supplies_Labels_LE&hash=item5195a25251 for the same price, you could email them and ask if the poem would fit on their stickers? x

  • Oh my life CraftGranny what a WONDERFUL site!!! 100's of brilliant ideas - and for all the year round. Thank you so much for the link!
  • Hi,
I have recieved my order from yellow moon . co . uk.
I got a reel of magnetic tape on one of those dispensers that cut too. Also they have a lot of bits and pieces in their sale at the moment. P&P is a bit steep at £4 but they do have a lot of bits. Thinking a bit in advance :pI got some Easter cutters in shape of bunnies and chicks ( confetti size) was thinking of buying excess eshaw mints and doing an easter version.
I also got some foam holly and berry stickers. and again some bunny faces!
Will have to take some pics of a couple more things but am off to the coast where a beauty salon has agreed to take my towel cakes for no cost!!!!!!:j:j fingers crossed they sell. Will have to leave the kids at my mums when dropping them off i think.
Trying to earn some pennies from crafting again this year!
