Hi hollykate, here are the poems I used if people will find these useful -

    Santa's Sweetie Smoothie -
    Its a magical Christmas morning
And Santa has checked his list twice
He's left you this sweetie smoothie
Which means you must've been nice!

    Snowman Kisses -
Snowflakes from heaven as white as can be
can build a snowman for all to see
He's cute and cuddly and full of good wishes
and wants to give you a bunch of his kisses!

    Reindeer poop -
I woke up with such a scare when I heard Santa call...
"Now dash away, dash away, dash away all!"
I ran to the lawn, and in the snowy white drifts,
those nasty reindeer had left "little gifts".
I got an old shovel and started to scoop
Neat little piles of "reindeer poop."
but to throw them away seemed such a waste,
So I saved them, thinking you might like a taste!

    Santa Kisses -

    Santa's been busy
    Granting your wishes
So he's dropped off this bag
    Of Santa Kisses!

Cheeky Monkey Milkshake - (these had chocolate buttons not marshmallows, oops, sorry!)

    Chocolate powder, and buttons too,
Banana's to eat just like monkeys do!
Add some milk and mix it through
Perfect for a cheeky chimp like you!

    Princess Milkshake -

Pink princess powder, white chocolate too,
Just for princesses and girls like you,
Add some milk and mix it through
Make a wish and hope it comes true!
You're so very special, I wish I was special

  • Moussetastic, fab, thanks for sharing- if you don't mind me asking, where did you get the cups from for your sweetie smoothies, please? I love the idea!

Ooo thank you for bumping :) I've really got to pull my finger out as the year is slipping away from me.

I'll be honest after last years craft fairs I had decided to give up crafting :( DH reminded me about my box under the stairs so thought I had better do one more and see if I can thin down my collection before closing the door on it all.

OOn the upside my sister has decided that ths year will be a homemade year which means I get to do homemade for her 2 as well :D She has asked me for some ideas on what she can make, so ive given her a few off this thread, but I kept back monkey milkshake for me :D

Hi Millie, I got them off ebay, ive just looked at the seller I got them off, and he is only selling in bulk now, they are quite pricey as you have to buy the cups and lids seperately.

I've just looked to see what the cheapest is, its this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/25-x-Plastic-Milkshake-Smoothie-Cups-Dome-Lids-12oz-/220841618791?pt=UK_Home_Garden_Celebrations_Occasions_ET&hash=item336b2fad67

you get 25 cups and the best bit is the lids come with them for £7.95 and free p&p, so thats quite a bargain as I paid well over £10 plus p&p 2 years ago. The sweets are just from multi packs, normally from poundland or somewhere, lollies, chews, chocolate money, chocolate snowmen and santas, things like that. :o Hope this helps x

  • just found a couple of other pics of the sweetie smoothies, from the side so you can see what was in it

  • I love the sweetie cups - I did princess and monkey milkshakes last year - went down well but did take a while to make up putting the milkshake in the pretzel bags etc but was worth it!
