  • Hi everyone,

Have been making lots of notes from here!! More great ideas for my ever growing craft folder :) Made quite a few bits last year, not to sell just for family and friends. I have bought all the bits to make my flannel reindeer/snowmen, snowman soup etc, but I'm looking to make the reindeer food in tubes this year. i saw some on here last year and was wondering where ppl had got them from?
I have a week off at the beginning of December so that'll be my crafting week....cannot wait :D

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to you all for your inspiration - I made 30 snowman soups, 30 reindeer poops, 10 snowman poops and 10 xmas kisses for the PTA stall at our fair. Everything sold out and although it wasn't a huge money maker (we charged 50p for everything and made approx £15 profit) the whole point was to have some fun gifts for the kids to buy at pocket money prices (the rest of the stalls are visiting stall holders and not very orientated towards the children.) On that criteria they were a huge success:j

Incidently, I bought my poop from Asda and did a mixture of raisins and chocolate covered honeycomb which was next to it on the shelf as I thought it would be a bit more interesting and the kids were all tucking into them very happily!

    Thanks again

you know when your doing something boring and your mind starts to wander off to more interesting thoughts . . . well mine was wandering whilst loading the dishwasher and I was thinking about reindeer poop  (my mind is a strange and wonderful place) . . . well anyway i wondered, if you put a candy cane in with it could it be sold as a reindeer poop golf set :D you could even list the ings as 1 elf walking stick, reindeer poo 'golf balls'

wish I could think of something to be a hole in one . . .
