THis is my Lily lolly display to go on my craft table next week (kids are already asking if they can 'sample' some for me)
should i cram some more in the spaces and make it look like a proper flower bed or leave it as is?SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -
JakesMum, Beka (RebekahR - shes come to see the bubby) and I say leave as it is, else they will get too cramped and may get squished.

I picked these up yesterday while in Home Bargains but noticed they also have them in B&M too.
They were 39p per pack and are milkshake straws. I've never had them myself but you dip them in a glass of milk and suck so the beads melt to make a milkshake drink?
Thought they might be good to make 'fairy' wands or such like with?[/QUOT
I have just bought these as well, got strawberry and chocolate to make fairy wands and may use the chocolate ones for the boys with banana shaped sweets to make cheeky monkey bags0 -

I know they are not christmassy but they are based on Flying Pig's humbug packet and are made as 'party bags' for my son's friends
great idea
where did you get the card you've used or did you buy it ??0 -

Hello all! I've been browsing through this thread and have to say there is some very talented people on here
I mainly make sock creations (monkeys, monsters etc) and jewellery but I have been inspired by some of the ideas posted on this thread. I have a couple stalls in the next few weeks so will definitely be trying some things out. I have made flannel reindeers in previous years and they have been a big success. Unfortunately I am struggling to find brown/beige flannels so won't be doing them this year.
I have just been "stumbling" and this site came up and I immediately thought of the people on here, who (like me) don't own a die cutting machine.

I hope that they are of use to someone.:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j0 -
Does anyone have a tutorial on the reindeer flannels?? im trying to think of things my older mindees can make for their parents, in the past we have made crackers using flannels and tubes and filled with smellies but some of them have done these a couple of times nowThrifty Gifty Money Making =£280 Sealed pot challenge 1192 Toluna = 77339 Bingoport = £10 redeemed + 33470

Just got back from Morrisons - no flannels whatsoever there, someone had said they'd managed to get some but not even a place on the shelf for them in my local one. I managed to get ES mints Milk choc BOGOF for £3.69 so that was cheap. The E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0
